Website Terms of Use

Clear rules for using this site, submitting enquiries, and understanding professional service boundaries

Privacy Notice →

01 Website operator and scope

Ammar Al-Junaid operates this professional website to describe Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, and Learning & Development services; these terms govern use of the site and initial enquiries only and do not themselves constitute a paid consulting agreement

02 Service enquiries and proposals

Corporate and individual form submissions are preliminary enquiries only; after they reach the designated mailbox, I review the information, assess the needs and appropriate options, and may prepare a technical and financial proposal and email it as an attachment; preparing a proposal, accepting a request, service availability, and scheduling are all subject to review and are not guaranteed; submitting a form, receiving an acknowledgment, or receiving a proposal alone does not form a binding consulting contract unless the engagement is expressly agreed in writing with clear scope, fees, and responsibilities

03 General information only

Website content is informational and does not constitute legal or medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, or a guarantee of assessment, hiring, promotion, or admission outcomes; significant decisions should not be based solely on general site content without appropriate independent professional review

04 Psychometric services and limitations

Assessment services depend on a tool’s suitability for the purpose and population, permitted use, language availability, and provider requirements; service scope, fees, and procedures are detailed in any proposal and a separate engagement agreement; sending a form does not register anyone automatically in a testing platform; assessment results are not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of admission, hiring, promotion, or any particular outcome

05 Adult-only services and eligibility

Services are intended for adults only; requests involving anyone under 18 or submitted for a minor are not accepted; individual applicants must have completed high school, an equivalent qualification, or higher education, and must apply for themselves; requests not meeting these requirements are declined; the form declaration does not prevent reasonable checks of age or qualifications before engagement or registration

06 Responsible use and accurate information

Users must supply information they are entitled to provide and only what is necessary, and must not impersonate others, misrepresent material facts, submit unlawful or abusive requests, spam forms, or attempt unauthorized security testing; suspicious misuse may result in rejection or suspension of an enquiry subject to applicable law

07 Confidential information and intellectual property

Do not put trade secrets, sensitive documents, assessment results, or health data in open enquiry fields; original site content, design, and professional materials remain protected by their owners’ rights and applicable law; no license is granted for unauthorized redistribution or commercial exploitation, and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners

08 Third-party websites and services

Links may lead to independent services such as Udemy, assessment-tool providers, and form-delivery services; their own terms and privacy policies apply and providing a link does not guarantee continued availability or endorse every third-party statement

09 Privacy and enquiries

The separate Privacy Notice explains form data, purposes, external recipients and privacy rights; sending an enquiry is not an opt-in to marketing; please read that notice before sharing personal information

10 Availability and site security

The website is provided as operationally available and may be maintained, interrupted, or changed for technical or security reasons; no online service can guarantee continuous access or zero risk, without excluding any security duty that cannot lawfully be waived

11 Limits on liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site operator does not accept liability solely for unreasonable reliance on general information or interruptions beyond reasonable control; nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; responsibilities for contracted services are governed by separate written terms

12 Changes and applicable law

These website terms may be updated by publishing a new version with a revised date; mandatory law is determined by the parties, dispute, place of service and applicable legal rules, without depriving consumers or data subjects of non-waivable rights; this page does not designate an exclusive court in the absence of a separate valid agreement

13 Contact

Use the corporate or individual enquiry form for service requests and the dedicated privacy form on the Privacy Notice page for personal data matters; personal contact details of the site operator are not displayed publicly
